Camel Trekking Tour - 3 Days

Tour description: Short tour starts and finishes in Marrakech. In this tour you will enjoy the camel riding over the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi and experience the nomads life.

Duration: 3 days / 2 nights.

Starting point: Marrakech.

Day 01: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate - Dades Valley.

Departure in the morning over the High Atlas mountains through Tizi n'Tichka (alt 2260 m).On the road you will visit the Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou and later continue to Ouarzazate, where you will visit the Studio films and the Kasbah of Taourirte then carry on the road via the road of Thousand-Kasbah through Skoura where you will stop to see a beautiful Kasbah named Amredhyle. In the evening you will arrive your hotel in Dades.

Day 02: Dades valley - Todra Gorges - Merzouga.

After breakfasts drive along Dades valley to join Dades gorges, the come back to set off towards Todra Gorges, lunch in the right place. Carry on the road to Merzouga across Jorf palm Trees and the town of Erfoud where you will visit the workshop production of marble fossils.

Arrival at the impressive dunes of Merzouga late in the afternoon, camel ride, crossing the sea of dunes in order to spend the night in the heart of the dunes. Dinner and overnight  stay under a nomadic tent.

Day 03: Merzouga – Draa valley – Marrakech.

Early morning in order to admire the sunrise, return on camels to the bottom of the dunes. After breakfast departure to Marrakech through Rissani, typical Berber village of Alnif, Tazarin and Agdez,  and along Draa valley with its thousands of palm trees plantation, then you will cross the Anti-Atlas viaTizi N'Tinifift (1660alt). After lunch in ouarzazate continue to Marrakech through Tizi N'tichka Pass.
