Procurement of travel:

The terms of the reservation and booking process are:

 

1.Reservations by e- mail or phone ( finally formalized via mail ) .

 

2.The reservation until confirmation has not been answered .

 

3.Payment of at least 30 % of the total amount of the service contracted in advance as deposit or down payment .

 

4.The remaining 70 % of the total , will be delivered during the trip.

    

cancellations:
 

  • 100% refund of deposit for cancellation 20 days before the scheduled date.    
  • 50% refund of deposit for cancellations between 15 and 19 days earlier.    
  • Refund of 10% of deposit Cancellation between 4 and 14 days.    
  • No refund of deposit for cancellation 3 days before.

  • MarocAvenTours : take all reasonable precautions for the safety and security of travelers .

    It will not be held legally responsible for delays or damage caused beyond our control , including personal injury or delays due to disease, broken equipment , weather conditions and / or government restrictions .
     
    Guarantee the right to change the tour itinerary to meet customer and you can propose a better option if found necessary.
    If this change affect the contracted budget, the rate increase will be paid throughout the trip .
    In case of decrease shall be paid only on the basis of the service reservation .
